Position Overview

  • The Investor Relations Analyst is responsible for supporting Ralph Lauren's Investor Relations team with scheduling, coordinating quarterly earnings calls, conference meetings, roadshows and other key events, and CRM tracking
  • The Investor Relations Analyst will report to the Head of Investor Relations and work crossfunctionally with the Finance, Legal, and Corporate Communications teams, among others.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendar scheduling with both internal and external constituents
  • Maintain CRM tracking and analyst databases; collect analyst models
  • Manage vendor invoices, order supplies, and prepare expense reports for the team
  • Oversee logistics including arranging travel plans and transport for executives, catering, coordinating roadshow and conference schedules, assisting with annual virtual shareholder meeting and more
  • Support team in maintaining and updating investor relations database, website, and calendar
  • Help prepare and update investor presentations, fact sheets, and other materials
  • Additional ad hoc projects as needed to support investor relations function
Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in investor relations, financial services or a retail corporate environment preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, Teams and Zoom
  • Ability to navigate a complex global organization and work crossfunctionally with cultural sensitivity
  • Demonstrates a highlevel of professionalism and prior experience working with Csuite and other senior level executives, investors and peers with superior customer service
  • Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain a strict level of compliance with company and regulatory policies
  • Experience with FactSet, Ariba preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences and media
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, accuracy, and quality a must
