The Barbarossa Learning Studio offers tutoring, language, and continuing education courses for children, teenagers, adults, and businesses at approximately 200 locations nationwide.

With over 34 years of success in the education sector, we have established ourselves as a leading company and continuously use our expertise to provide high-quality educational offerings to our students and clients.

We are currently seeking a Sales and Office Associate (m/f/d) for our learning studio in Weinheim, Germany.

Your daily tasks:

  • Conducting sales and consultation meetings
  • Coordinating lessons (scheduling and selecting teachers, organizing course schedules, managing appointments)
  • Customer support and relationship management
  • Point of contact for students, teachers, and parents
  • Office organization

Your qualifications:

  • Skilled in sales and organization
  • Empathy and enjoyment in working with people
  • Professional experience
  • Serviceoriented and trustworthy in interactions with students and course participants
  • Experience with computers and software
