We are looking for an IT-SCM Expert (m/w/d) to join our main office in Lüneburg on a permanent basis. Our IT team is responsible for proactively managing IT disruptions to protect the company from any potential damages.

Your responsibilities

You will be responsible for IT-SCM and its operational implementation
You will continuously update and maintain IT-SCM documentation (including IT emergency manual, IT emergency concepts, and recovery plans) in coordination with the company's BCM
You will work towards improving IT service design
You will create cross-departmental awareness for IT emergency planning and organize regular IT emergency exercises
You will provide regular reports as part of IT emergency management
