Our production team helps us uphold standards of excellence with a direct, hands-on impact on our product. As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for for overseeing the success of the manufacturing within the company.

Their role involves planning, coordinating, and controlling the manufacturing processes to ensure that goods are produced efficiently, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

They also oversee training, managing, and motivation of the production team.

This full-time position offers benefits, paid holidays, and even paid volunteer days.

The production crew runs multiple shifts over 24 hours M-W, but the majority of the team is here 7:00am-3:30pm M-F, so while there are times you may have responsibilities that fall outside your normal hours, you can usually plan to be home for dinner and have your weekends free.

We work hard, and play hard. The position does require good physical mobility and adherence to safety policies.

Pay:
$55, $60,000.00 per year
