As an
Outbound Sales Representative (m/f/d), you are the indirect face of ITB.

With your research skills, you identify potential customers, take responsibility for the first impression, and pave the way for a successful collaboration.

The position is located at our main location
in Kamp-Lintfort.

Your responsibilities:

  • You identify potential customers (B2B) and establish initial contact
  • With your communication skills, you introduce our complex products
  • Coordinate appointments and closely collaborate with the field sales team
  • Develop and optimize sales strategies to expand our customer base
  • Maintain and document our CRM system

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
  • Nativelevel German language skills and good English language skills
  • Soft skills: Strong communication, selforganization, and a friendly and personable demeanor
