We are seeking a Commercial HVAC Equipment Sales Manager in Las Vegas, NV. This role is suited for a professional with significant experience in the HVAC industry, focused on driving sales growth and managing operations effectively. The position offers the opportunity to use industry knowledge and leadership skills to make a substantial impact.
Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership: Lead the sales of HVAC equipment by setting and achieving sales targets, developing pricing strategies, and managing customer relationships.
Operational Oversight: Oversee daily operations to ensure projects are executed efficiently and meet our standards.
Team Development: Recruit, train, and manage sales and administrative staff, fostering a productive team environment.
Client Relations: Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Project Management: Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth delivery of sales and services.
