Description
Under the general direction of the Staff Services Manager (SSM) II, the SSM I performs a variety of critical managerial functions, data analysis, and administrative duties to ensure the staff services performed by employees under their supervision comply with the due process mandates of the court and the regulatory policies and procedures of the Board of Parole Hearings.
The SSM I manages the complex and technical work performed by subordinate staff, whose services support and scheduling the quasi-judicial parole proceedings.
The SSM I must take initiative, have good attendance, and be willing to travel as needed.Individuals who are eligible for a Training and Development assignment may also be considered for this position.

This position is eligible for a hybrid telework scheduled for employees who can satisfactorily perform their essential work functions independently and remotely.
