- Request re-verifications on all selected monthly Post QC loan files
- Validation of re-verification cost and payment process
- Log all re-verifications requested and received
- Request appraisal re-certifications on 10% of selected monthly Post QC loan files
- Request credit report on all selected monthly Post QC loan files
- Verbal or Work Number employment verifications on selected monthly Post QC loan files when applicable
- Assist QC team members on follow-up for outstanding findings/responses for current month
- Assist with HMDA data integrity validation on a monthly basis
- Assist other QC team members upon request

- Experience in the mortgage business a plus but not required
- This position is considered a non-exempt position for purposes of wage-hour law, which means that you will be required to keep a time record and will be eligible for overtime pay.

- Ability to access, input, and retrieve information from a computer and/or electronic device
- Ability to have face to face conversations with customers, co-workers and higher level manager
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time and move around work environment as needed
