We are currently seeking a Human Resources Administrator (m/f/d) to join our team at our location in Burgau.

As a Human Resources Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

Advising and supporting managers on all personnel-related matters
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating employment contracts, addendums, and terminations
Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and company policies in labor law
Preparing employment references and handling disciplinary actions
Independently developing and implementing HR projects

To be successful in this role, you should have:

Completed commercial training with initial experience in human resources or a degree in human resource management or business administration
Indepth knowledge of German labor law and HR processes and tools
High level of confidentiality and sensitivity when handling employee data
Structured and independent work style, as well as strong teamwork skills
