IN THE HEART OF SILICON VALLEY Franklin-McKinley School District (FMSD) is located on the east side of the Santa Clara Valley in San Jose, California.

The Santa Clara Valley also known as Silicon Valley is highly urbanized and one of the most diverse and innovative counties in the nation.

Being a culturally diverse District, FMSD staff work primarily with students from Central and South America, Asia, and other parts of the world.

FMSD has a 21st Century Teaching & Learning Plan to transform classrooms into technologically rich and highly engaging learning environments.
