    Job Description

    Day-to-Day:

    Provides nursing assistance to physician

    Greets and chaperones patients during visit

    Maintain medical documentation

    Schedules care, treatment, and diagnostic tests

    Processes prescription requests and referrals

    Administers medication as needed

    Skills and Requirements

    Must-Haves:

    LPN license

    CPR certified

    3+ years minimum relevant experience as LPN preferred (current LPN has 20 yrs)

    Strong communication and leadership skills

    HS Diploma or GED

    High-Volume experience Plusses:

    Highly prefer Pediatrics experience**

    Phlebotomy experience

    Associates degree or higher null
