    Monday - Friday from 5 AM to 1:30 PM, with Rotating Saturdays from 5:30 AM to 9:30 AM.

    With a presence in more than 70 treatment facilities across several states, our dedicated team members offer medication-assisted treatment, counseling, support, and comprehensive care for those affected by OUD.

    We prioritize holistic patient care, aiming to identify and address the root causes of OUD to ensure a continuum of support throughout the recovery journey.

    *Job Summary:

    As a valuable team member, you will work under the guidance of the Medical Director or Registered Nurse for medical procedures and the Program Director for administrative tasks, contributing to improving patients' health, collaborating with the medical team, and offering essential support to patients.


    Essential Functions:

    • Administer medication according to physician's orders and maintain detailed records of dosages given.
    • Conduct daily inventory checks of medication supplies to ensure accuracy.
    Ensure precise tracking of medication transactions and inventory levels.

    • Safeguard medication inventory effectively.
    Handle fee collection in the absence of a cashier role.

    • Perform daily cash reconciliation if no cashier is present, ensuring all funds are handed over to the Program Director daily for accurate accounting.
    • Receive and verify incoming medication shipments, promptly addressing any discrepancies.
    • Manage proper disposal of medical waste following established protocols.
    • Monitor patients' condition before administering medication and seek guidance from the Medical Director or Registered Nurse whenever necessary.
    • Communicate patient concerns to the Medical Director or Registered Nurse for medical issues and the Program Director for other matters promptly. This includes dose requests, behavioral observations, or any aspect of patient care requiring attention.
    • Coordinate with other centers to validate dosages as needed.
    • Conduct relevant lab tests, including vital signs assessments, TB tests, and data collection for medical review.
    • Schedule and screen patients for consultations with the Medical Director.
    • Assist the Medical Director in gathering data for patient histories and physical examinations as needed.
    Accurately document medical information as directed by the Medical Director or RN, adhering to clinic protocols.

    • Receive and document medical orders, ensuring physician-signed directives are clear and understood by relevant staff members.
    • Maintain strict control and confidentiality of all patient medical records and paperwork.

    Adhere to federal and state privacy regulations, including 42 CFR Part 2 and 45 CFR Parts 160 and 164, as well as clinic-specific policies and procedures.


    • Obtain and uphold necessary licensure and certifications per state requirements.
    • Actively engage in CARF preparation and state audit processes.
    Participate in team meetings regularly.

    • Adhere to all Local, State, Federal, and Company regulations and policies.
    • Prioritize patient and program interests, respecting and safeguarding patient and company rights.
    • Interact with the public and patients via phone, in-person greetings, and on-site patient supervision.
    *Other Responsibilities*For Minnesota employees: must fulfill Freedom from Chemical Use Problems requirements.

    *Education/Licensure/Certification:
    • Holding an active nursing license in the clinic's state.
    *Required Knowledge:
    • Proficiency in opiate addiction, medical terminology, general nursing practices, and basic math skills. Computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft products like Word, Outlook, and Excel. Basic typing proficiency is essential.
    *Experience Required:
    • Minimum of 1 year in direct patient interactions, with prior clinical exposure being advantageous.
    *Skill and Ability:
    • Strong customer service and interpersonal capabilities. Attention to detail with precise execution of daily tasks.
    *Physical Demands/Work Environment:
