YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You are responsible for recruiting and scheduling personnel. With your expertise, it is easy for you to explain the tasks in the gastronomy/hospitality industry to applicants and convince them to join us
  • You plan projects and support our employees onsite. As a team leader, you always have an open ear for our clients and colleagues
  • You actively work onsite with clients depending on your qualifications, you may support them in the service or reception area
  • Employee development is a priority for you. In order to support our clients with qualified personnel, you are responsible for training new colleagues. As an expert, you can train and select our future
