    Description

    Du leitest das Wolf + Brands Social Media Team und betreust Kunden selbständig. Du übernimmst die Entwicklung, Betreuung und Umsetzung von digitalen Kampagnen und Markenauftritten in Social Media. Du übersetzt Markenstrategien in digitale Konzeptionen. Du bist für die redaktionelle Content-Planung, regelmäßige Analysen und Auswertungen von Social Media KPIs sowie Monitoring der Social Media Kanäle und der dazugehörigen strategischen Weiterentwicklung verantwortlich. Die kontinuierliche Bewertung und Integration neu entstehender sozialer Plattformen und Trends ergänzt Dein Tätigkeitsfeld.

    • Leitung des Wolf + Brands Social Media Teams

    • Betreuung von Kunden und deren Social Media Kanälen

    • Planung und Durchführung von Postings und Kampagnen

    • Community-Management für unsere Kunden

    • Aussteuerung von gesponserten Beiträgen

    • Erstellung von Analysen, Auswertungen sowie Reportings und Ableitung von strategischen Handlungsempfehlungen

    • Aufspüren neuer Trends und Adaption für die eigene Kommunikation

    • enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, Content-Experten, Strategen und Designern
    Als Senior Social Media Manager:in verfügst über eine mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Social Media Bereich und hast ein tiefgreifendes Verständnis für alle Social-Media-Plattformen.Du denkst analytisch, um Content qualitativ wie quantitativ zu bewerten, hast aber auch das Creator-Mindset, um mit geschultem Blick guten Content zu erkennen. Du besitzt ein treffsicheres Gespür für das Zusammenspiel von Sprache, Typografie, Grafik und (Bewegt)Bild. Du hast Kenntnisse im Social Media Management, im Social Paid Advertising und bist erfahren im Community Management. Du verfolgst mit hohem Interesse die neuesten Themen des Online Marketings sowie die Social Trends. Deine Projektmanagement Kompetenzen runden Dein Profil ab.

    • mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Social Media Bereich

    • Experten-Kenntnisse der unterschiedlichen Social-Media-Plattformen

    • vertraut mit Social Media Tools

    • Führungs- und Planungskompetenz

    • konzeptionelle und analytische Denkweise

    • aufgeschlossene, vorausschauende und eigenständige Arbeitsweise

    • kreative Lösungsansätze und die Fähigkeit, diese im Team einzubringen

    • Nice-to-have: Adobe Illustrator und Adobe Photoshop Kenntnisse
