    Description


    We're seeking a positive, personable customer service representative for a rewarding career opportunity You'll connect with new people, tackle tough problems, and raise the bar on an excellent customer experience.

    Job seekers should have experience answering phones, listening, and have exceptional problem-solving skills. We welcome applicants who are interested in a positive, fast-paced work environment, and can't wait to get started


    Responsibilities:

    • Work closely with the sales lead to stay up-to-date on service and product knowledge
    • Provide thorough follow-ups to customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction
    • Resolve customer complaints in a friendly and timely manner to ensure high customer satisfaction
    • Refer to customer scripts when working through difficult situations and refer to a supervisor, if necessary
    • Reply to incoming calls from customers including products and service questions, general information, and complaints

    Qualifications:

    • Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills
    • High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
    • Previous work in a customer-facing position
