Compensation:

$15 - $17 hourly

Responsibilities:

Work closely with the sales lead to stay uptodate on service and product knowledge
Provide thorough followups to customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction
Resolve customer complaints in a friendly and timely manner to ensure high customer satisfaction
Refer to customer scripts when working through difficult situations and refer to a supervisor, if necessary
Reply to incoming calls from customers including products and service questions, general information, and complaints

Qualifications:

Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills
High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
Previous work in a customerfacing position
