- Complete other duties at the discretion of management.
- Completion of an apprenticeship program or vocational training in electrical work.
- Journeyman or Master Electrician certification, depending on the jurisdiction.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and wiring methods.
- Familiarity with relevant codes and regulations, such as the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.

- Physical stamina and the ability to work in various environments, including confined spaces and heights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds to overhead position.
- Must be able to push and pull up to 50 pounds.
- Must have the balance and dexterity to maneuver around a construction site and must enjoy working outdoors in all weather conditions.
