The Position:

We're looking for a Payroll Analyst responsible for processing weekly, multi-state payrolls for 1,000+ union and non-union employees.

  • Complete detailed analysis of payroll related information,
  • Perform data maintenance including, but not limited to, new hire setup, timekeeping input, direct deposit set up, terminations, garnishment processing, etc.,
  • Produce a quality weekly payroll for companies as assigned,
  • Provide internal and external customer service for payroll questions and data requests,
  • Complete other duties as assigned,

  • Associates degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • A "Can Do" attitude and willingness to learn new programs and skills
  • Excellent auditing and attention to detail
  • Strong knowledge of computer software including general computer navigation skills
  • Accurate data entry and typing skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume environment and meet multiple weekly deadlines
  • Past union contract payroll experience beneficial
