General Information about the Client Company:

Our client is a leader in the development, manufacturing, and distribution of innovative aircraft seats for the economy and business class.

Your Responsibilities:

Responsible for the development and implementation of a globally coordinated category strategy
Analysis of global procurement markets and conducting national and international benchmarks
Comprehensive management of an assigned category (e.g. metal / electrical / composites / plastics)
Obtaining quotes and conducting price and value analyses, as well as negotiating framework and individual contracts independently
Defining priorities for ongoing orders, including coordination with relevant internal departments
Ensuring timely and highquality delivery of the part spectrum and associated documentation

Your Profile:

Completed technical or business administration studies / industrial engineering or a technician training
Professional experience in a manufacturing company in purchasing of materials such as metal, electrical, composites, foams, or covers
Advanced knowledge of common office applications and SAP/R
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
Efficient, independent, and structured work style with a high level of initiative
Strong communication skills and conflict resolution abilities
Willingness to travel for business
