We are currently looking for you as a Track Construction Manager (m/f/d) for DB Bahnbau Gruppe GmbH at the Hanau, Kassel, or Koblenz location.

Your tasks:

You provide competent advice to the specialist departments and develop technical solution concepts for technical requirements

You represent the interests and promote good cooperation between the project-involved clients, planners, and authorities in the preparation and implementation of construction projects

You enjoy leading and supporting a dedicated team – for you, it is important to inspire, motivate, and keep your employees together

You also ensure compliance with all relevant safety and occupational health measures

As a Track Construction Manager, you are responsible for the processing, coordination, and monitoring of executed construction services and complex construction projects in track construction

Your tasks lie in the technical and safety-related area, always keeping an eye on the contractual framework and company goals
