    School-Based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

    Are you a skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) looking to make a positive impact in a school setting? We are seeking a passionate professional to join our team and collaborate with educators and support staff to enhance the educational experience for students with special needs. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to apply your expertise in behavior analysis to create meaningful interventions and promote positive outcomes for students.

    Qualifications:

    • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
    • Experience working in a school or educational setting preferred.
    • Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and methodologies.
    • Ability to develop and implement effective behavior intervention plans.
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
    • Commitment to evidence-based practices and continuous professional development.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on individual student needs.
    • Collaborate with school staff, teachers, and parents to implement evidence-based behavior strategies and interventions.
    • Provide training and ongoing support to school personnel on behavior management techniques and data collection methods.
    • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed to ensure academic and behavioral success.
    • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of behavior assessments, interventions, and progress reports.
    • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development of goals and objectives related to behavior.
