    Job Title: School BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)

    Location: Delaware (DE)

    Pay: Starting at $44per hour or higher, depending on experience

    Job Type: Full-time

    Description:

    We are seeking a dedicated and experienced School BCBA to join our team in Delaware. As a BCBA, you will work with students, teachers, and parents to develop and implement behavior plans, conduct assessments, and provide training and support to school staff.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students
    • Provide ongoing monitoring and evaluation of behavior plans, making adjustments as needed
    • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure consistency and effectiveness of behavior interventions
    • Provide training and support to school staff on behavior management strategies and techniques
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and interventions

    Qualifications:

    • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
    • Experience working with students with diverse needs in a school setting
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills
    • Ability to develop and implement effective behavior intervention plans
    • Experience conducting functional behavior assessments and analyzing data
