The Department of Ware Organization & Processes advises, accompanies, and supports central purchasing and category management. Through collaboration, we shape procurement processes in various business models.

In your role as Process Manager, you will be the contact person for purchasing and the successful development, provision, and communication of the necessary knowledge for existing and new standardized digital process support.

You are in the middle of it all: In your role as Process Manager, you recognize professional needs, translate them into knowledge building processes, and specify them professionally.

You independently shape the resulting solutions with your focus on providing knowledge tailored to the target audience.

You show commitment:
You take on processes and topics, clarify responsibilities, and identify stakeholders. Your eyes and ears are always focused on identifying knowledge and documentation gaps. You acquire the necessary knowledge independently.

You have everything in view:

From creating and adapting internal presentations to building documents and content, to optimizing internal standards and processes for knowledge transfer.

You know your way around:
Tools and methods used in knowledge management are not foreign to you. Knowledge of Articulate, Vyond, or similar is an advantage.

You are present:

You involve our stakeholders at all levels, whether it's your team colleagues, a purchasing assistant, department management, or executive management.
