We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects from inception to completion.
This role demands a proactive and meticulous approach to managing projects, resources, and staff.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement large construction projects, coordinating with internal teams and subcontractors.
- Monitor compliance with construction and safety codes, as well as other legal requirements.
- Manage the budgeting and financial forecasting for projects.
- Lead project meetings and set project milestones.
- Address operational issues and concerns in a timely fashion.
- Supervise onsite construction activities and provide guidance as needed.
- Visit Job Sites Daily
- Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
- Strong familiarity with construction/project management software.
- Valid CSL & HIC License
- Valid Worker's Permit and Driver's License.
- Excellent knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Strong leadership and human resources management skills.
Pay:
$2,000.00 per week
Compensation package:
- Bonus opportunities
- Performance bonus

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed
