Your tasks
Administration and organization of document management to ensure a complete overview of project documentation
Structured organization of all project-related documents, including related correspondence, in a systematic filing or archiving system
Review and update of technical documents (e.g. manuals and work processes)
Creation of templates
Management of documentation flow within the company
Creation of ad-hoc project reports
