IT Application Support Specialist (m/f/d) for Interfaces

Your responsibilities

  • Together with your team, you are responsible for the smooth operation of interfaces and ensure that any issues are resolved promptly.
  • You work with the team to implement new customer interfaces between application management systems and our agency system, both technically and organizationally.
  • You define processes together with customer service and customers, taking into account individual customer needs and wishes, and proactively communicate relevant information to all stakeholders involved.
  • You manage new media interfaces to online job portals and other suppliers.
  • You are the first point of contact for our customers for any questions regarding interfaces.
