- Interpersonal skills to deal with clients and other agents within the brokerage

- Prepare necessary paperwork such as closing statements, contracts, purchase agreements, and leases
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have Completed a real estate course
- Must be willing to complete required state exam within the ext 30 days
