Description
Responsibilities:
- Interface with customers to provide pricing, scheduling and overall customer service
- Receive and analyze orders for completeness, work with customer to address issues
- Entry of orders into the M3 Production System
- Address customer service requests by working with Sampling, Operations, Supply Chain and Sales teams.
- Support quotes/order entry requirements in Customer Relationship Management and Enterprise Resource Planning systems
Qualifications:
- High School Degree/GED
- Customer Service experience 2+ years
- Data Entry Experience 2+ years
- Quote/Estimating preparation experience preferred
- Glass and/or construction experience preferred
Skills:
- Highly organized, accurate, detail oriented, able to multitask, and problem solve
- Highest integrity and the desire to support our customers and help them achieve success.
- Comfortable learning and working in a fastpaced environment
- Excellent data entry skills
- Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written, to communicate with customers, sales team, peers, and management.
- Proficient in Outlook, Excel and Word with the ability to learn new software.
