- Master the Granicus Product Family Platforms for OneView / GovQA
- Create training plans and facilitate training sessions for Semi-Annual Training Conferences
- Train and enable customers to utilize the OneView CRM (primarily) and GovQA Public Records Software via online training sessions.
- Facilitate webinars for current and prospective customers.
- Provides additional consulting and training services as need arises.
- Proactively improve and design training resources and collateral for clients and internal peers
- Identifies and troubleshoots training environment challenges and escalates as appropriate.
- Work closely with Project Managers that interface with customers alongside you - to advise on progress and share ideas.
- Effectively communicate your insights and plans to cross-functional team members.
- Interact with both internal team members and external customers (end-users)
- Ensure training deadlines are met and produced for on-time project deliverables.
- Travel: Onsite travel to customer site is required for this role (up to 30%)
- 3 – 5 years of experience working in software/tech, specifically around user training facilitation
- Proven track record of developing and maintaining reference-able customer relationships
- You are able to work with multiple cross-functional teams to build and evaluate business cases to support product investment decisions
- You can work both independently and as a member of cross-functional teams, some remote
- You have a basic understanding of technology and the ability to learn new technologies quickly

Implementation Trainer - Remote, United States - Granicus
Description
This Product Trainer role lives within the customer engagement arm of the Granicus' OneView and GovQA product families and is a key member of the Implementation Services (IS) team. This highly visible role helps existing and new customers transform the public records experience.As a Product Trainer, you'll be an expert on the OneView, and a key partner in the successful training initiatives across the United States. Your role is key to the complete customer life cycle, starting as early as pre-sale, by facilitating monthly webinars to educate current and prospective customers about the capabilities of our public records software, and ending with collaboration with members of the Training Team, including our Sr Tech Writer and Training Team Lead in creation of content that can be accessed through our Knowledge Base post-implementation. Your role is responsible for the creation, maintenance, and facilitation of all Granicus training curriculum. This includes, but is not limited to, presentations, webinars, scripts, videos, and collaboration on supporting documentation. During customer implementations, your role will support Implementation Consultants, Project Manager, Technical Writer and the Lead Trainer to ensure the Granicus customer is provided with training best suited for their implementation. Additionally, you will participate in State and County Enterprise Implementations in addition to the monthly webinars and customer training conferences.What your impact will look like:
