### Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a Call Center Representative to join our team. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our members. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about helping others and who have excellent communication skills.

## Duties:

• Answer incoming calls and respond to member inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Provide accurate information about our products and services to members, including deposit and lending functions, internet banking, and debit and credit card programs
• Maintain confidentiality of members' account information
• Work independently without direct supervision
• Utilize basic computer programs and adapt to changing technologies in a remote environment
• Collaborate with team members to solve problems efficiently
• Follow company policies and procedures when handling member inquiries or complaints
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with members

## Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
• Knowledge of banking terminology or experience working in a financial institution is a plus
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Ability to analyze member needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are highly desirable
• Must have reliable internet connection and cellular device capable of receiving text messages or smart phone with authentication app

Pay:
$ $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
