Compensation:
$24-$27/hour


Responsibilities:


  • Maintain extensive phone contact with the courts, attorneys, and process servers to obtain caserelated information
  • Update case files on a daily basis next
  • Knowledge of fee structure and billing practices in order to accurately quote fees to clients
  • Complete assigned tasks detailed on daily reports to move cases forward
  • Provide coverage for the receptionist during breaks

Qualifications:


  • Customer service experience in any industry
  • Strong administrative office experience
  • Versatile computer skills and the ability to multitask
  • Minimum typing speed of 45 wpm; 55+ wpm preferred

The following qualifications are preferred:

  • Legal knowledge; unlawful detainer experience a plus
  • Case management, property management, or billing experience

Schedule:

Position is full-time at 40 hours/week. Our business hours are 8:30am-5:30pm Monday-Thursday, 8:30am-5:00pm Friday.
