Compensation:
$24-$27/hour

Responsibilities:

Maintain extensive phone contact with the courts, attorneys, and process servers to obtain caserelated information
Update case files on a daily basis next
Knowledge of fee structure and billing practices in order to accurately quote fees to clients
Complete assigned tasks detailed on daily reports to move cases forward
Provide coverage for the receptionist during breaks

Qualifications:

Customer service experience in any industry
Strong administrative office experience
Versatile computer skills and the ability to multitask
Minimum typing speed of 45 wpm; 55+ wpm preferred

The following qualifications are preferred:

Legal knowledge; unlawful detainer experience a plus
Case management, property management, or billing experience

Schedule:

Position is full-time at 40 hours/week. Our business hours are 8:30am-5:30pm Monday-Thursday, 8:30am-5:00pm Friday.
