Description
:The QA Inspector inspects and evaluates all product characteristics as they pertain to drawing and specification requirements. Aerospace parts, machined and turned cylindrical parts for aerospace applications. These include raw materials, in-process parts, first article and final inspection documentation for shipment.
Duties:
Visually observe dimensional and functional characteristics (acceptance testing) of the product in final inspection.
AS9102 First Article and Inspection Sheet creation
Review all certifications for incoming material received.
Perform in-process inspection of product during manufacturing
Perform first part on startup. Evaluate product manufacturing
Reconcile final inspection documentation for shipments.
Rejection tag creation and processing
Skills:
