We have an opening for a QC Inspector on 3rd shift.Job duties for this position are as follows:
- Assign job duties to operators
- Train operators
- Ensure product meets dimensional and visual control plan requirements
- Maintain quality system documentation (i.e. control charts, reject reports, first-piece buy-off forms, etc.)
- Monitor all work stations for quality, consistency and proper procedures
- Monitor cycle times and efficiencies
- Oversee housekeeping and clean-up
- Any other tasks assigned by supervisor or management
Knowledge and skill requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Prior quality experience preferred
- Experience performing visual inspections
- Experience using calipers, reading blueprints
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fastpaced, changing environment
- Running presses during operator breaks
Pay:
From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
