    They have a world class research team developing new algorithms and approaches to help companies with solving critical issues such as identifying their best performing agents, preventing fraud, categorizing customer issues and determining overall customer satisfaction.

    In this role, you would be part of their development and innovation group that partners with a cutting-edge research team to scale out the delivery of new technology and AI models to customers around the world that are tailored to their company, industry, and language needs.

    Data Scientist Role and Responsibilities

    Productizing AI predictive modelsProducing data and model accuracy analysesDeveloping and maintaining of scripts/tools to automate both new model production and updates to existing model packagesWorking with developers to help design automation and tool improvements for model buildingMaintaining documentation of processes and projects across all supported languages and environmentsDeveloping knowledge of the internal data sourcesData Scientist Required Skills and Experience

    Proficiency in PythonMinimum one year of Bash, Python, or equivalent script development, deployment, and executionMinimum one year of Windows experience with remote access and DOS ShellMust possess strong organizational skills with high attention to detailKnowledge of statistical techniques and concepts (regression, statistical tests and proper usage, etc.)Desire and ability to learn and continually expand knowledge in the data science, machine learning, and speech analytics spaceAn independent and analytical thinker, capable of running evaluation processes, finding noteworthy phenomena, experimenting, and getting back to the team with conclusionsBachelors degree in the field of Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or equivalent practical experienceData Scientist Desired Skills and Experience

    Knowledge and interest in foreign languages and linguisticsBasic SQL and any database experienceTechnical writing skillsFamiliarity with Jira, Confluence (or other ALM)Familiarity with source control packages and methodology#RT#DICEJOBS
