The IT Business Services department acts as an internal service provider and consolidates all IT-related administrative tasks. The department supports business units in price negotiations, design, and management of hardware and software contracts. Core competencies include license management, IT controlling, and procurement of all IT components and communication connections for the company. Another focus is the organization and management of IT training from recruiting to the end of the training period.

What you will achieve with us

  • Independent negotiation of contracts in the context of procurement measures (hardware, software, and services)
  • Administration and optimization of hardware and software contracts
  • Ensuring compliance with contractual and legal obligations
  • Support in the appropriate implementation of IT compliance requirements
  • Close collaboration with national and international business units

What you bring with you

  • You have completed a degree in Business Administration / Business Informatics or a comparable qualification. Alternatively, you have a relevant education and many years of professional experience
  • Professional experience in strategic IT procurement as well as broad knowledge in the area of work/service contracts, taking into account legal framework conditions
  • Basic knowledge of agile development methods and software solutions
  • You are fluent in German and English
