OTM is looking for a motivated, operations-focused Banquet Captain to join our full-time team at our various locations.

As a Banquet Captain, you will:

• Manage venue operations, depending on the venue, including space & equipment maintenance, beverage inventory, and facility cleanliness, et al.
• Captain events
• Hire, train, and schedule event staff
• Join the Producer and/or Sales Manager for client walkthroughs
• Meet rental companies, vendors, distributors, and subcontractors at the event space
• Maintain knowledge of competitive venue spaces & offerings in the surrounding area
• Clerical, recordkeeping, and office support as needed; other projects and tasks as reasonably assigned

ONTHEMARC (OTM) is a full-service catering company based in Norwalk, CT serving the Tri-State area and beyond.

OTM creates memorable, well-executed events using deliberate and mindful event planning, warm and caring service, and consistent menu delivery and execution.

The events range from small, highly customized and creative parties to large corporate functions.

Clients include Fortune 500 companies such as Netflix, Tesla, and Oracle as well as nonprofits such as the Boys & Girls Club, Habitat for Humanity, and the American Heart Association.

Pay:
$70, $80,000.00 per year
