Your role
As Head of Customer Success (m/w/d), you are an important part of our leadership team. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Strategic direction: You develop a clear, long-term strategy for the Customer Success department, with the goal of maximizing customer retention and satisfaction.
- Interdisciplinary collaboration: You work closely with other departments such as sales, product development, and marketing to ensure that the needs of our customers are integrated into the entire organization.
- Performance metrics and reporting: You develop and monitor performance metrics to measure the success of the Customer Success department. Regular reporting to the leadership team is an important aspect of this role.
- Encouraging innovation: As the head of the Customer Success department, you foster a culture of innovation, constantly seeking new ways to better serve our customers.
