Sales Manager (m/f/d) We are a medium-sized family-owned company that has been active in the mechanical engineering industry for several generations.

With headquarters in Hilden (Germany), we are one of the world's leading and globally exporting manufacturers in the pelletizing industry.

To support our sales team, we are looking for you as a Sales Manager (m/f/d) in full-time starting at the earliest possible date.

What to expect from us:

Management and expansion of existing customer relationships
Acquisition and development of new customers
Independent preparation and elaboration of machine and spare parts offers, as well as conducting contract negotiations at all levels of business with customers and prospects
Followup of existing leads
Interdepartmental collaboration on major projects
Development of strategies and initiatives for your region in coordination with the sales management
Representation of the company at customer meetings, as well as at national and international trade fairs and events What convinces us:
You are a strong communicator and team player with a strong sales and service mentality, excellent time management skills, and a reliable, professional, and enthusiastic way of working
You should have a degree in business or engineering or a comparable commercial education in this field, with some professional experience being desirable
With a good technical understanding and ideally previous experience in the field of mechanical engineering or pelletizing, you convince us
You have very good negotiation skills in German and English, both written and spoken
You have a solid knowledge of common MS Office products,
