Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the station's operations including sales, marketing, and customer service
- Recruit, train, and supervise station staff
- Oversee payroll and scheduling for employees
- Conduct employee orientation and lead training programs
- Interview and hire new team members
- Implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Ensure store management procedures are followed consistently
Requirements:
- Proven experience in station or store management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Proficiency in recruiting, payroll, and employee training processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of sales management techniques
- Ability to make purchasing decisions to maintain inventory levels
