    Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

    The Assistant Store Manager is a crucial role in driving the store's performance by fostering a sales-driven culture to enhance productivity and brand enthusiasm. You'll be responsible for ensuring customers receive exceptional service and a positive brand interaction, as well as supporting and motivating the team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead sales achievement and KPI targets by setting performance standards and goals
    • Utilize reports to identify business opportunities and manage stock levels efficiently
    • Enhance customer service standards and build strong customer relationships
    • Maintain facility organization and presentation
    • Ensure cash control procedures are followed and monitor inventory movement
    • Collaborate with merchandising teams to execute effective strategies
    • Communicate HR issues and adhere to professional grooming standards

    Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

    • Minimum 3 years of luxury retail management experience
    • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook

    Educational Requirement: College Degree preferred
