We currently have an attractive part-time administrative position available.

This position is intended for 20 hours per week and is well-suited for entry-level professionals (m/f/d) as well as those returning to the workforce.

The responsibilities are divided between front office and back office tasks:

The main tasks in the front office:

  • Reception duties (welcoming customers, visitors, technicians, etc. and verifying their identity and granting access)
  • Customer service (issuing access cards, conducting briefings on data protection, safety instructions, etc.)
  • Answering phone calls
  • Incoming and outgoing goods (maintaining Excel lists, receiving and sending packages)
  • Shipping goods via UPS and DHL Express (arranging pickup/delivery, creating shipping labels)
  • Monitoring and restocking inventory
  • Fleet management (e.g. scheduling appointments for inspections, etc.)

The main tasks in the back office:

  • Creating delivery notes
  • Filing documents
  • Preparing purchase requests
  • Creating and processing tickets in the ticket system
  • Creating and maintaining Excel lists

Requirements:


  • Commercial training or previous experience in a similar position
  • Excellent written and spoken German skills
  • Basic knowledge of English
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Serviceoriented attitude and good manners
