    Description

    eviCore is looking for two Systems Operations Lead Analysts, responsible for gathering data requirements across different systems and compiling them into comprehensive functional requirements. This role acts as a bridge between business and IT, requiring strong communication skills. The Lead Analyst collaborates with business and IT teams to manage multiple client projects, tracking data deliverables, issues, risks, and dependencies. Additionally, they identify and lead data process improvement initiatives, focusing on system analysis, technical requirements, data validation, and cross-departmental interfacing.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Manage complex implementation projects concurrently
    • Lead activities like requirements gathering, technical writing, data design, validation, and testing
    • Own client interactions in projects
    • Guide clients to optimal solutions
    • Lead data COE process improvement projects
    • Train and mentor junior data analysts
    • Prioritize tasks effectively
    • Demonstrate critical thinking and logic skills
    • Communicate across departments and to leadership
    • Understand Agile Methodology
    • Knowledge of data exchanges

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor's degree required
    • 3+ years of system/data analysis experience
    • Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and APIs
    • Advanced MS Office skills
    • Willingness to travel
    • Strong communication and organizational skills
    • Knowledge of healthcare data standards
