- Managing the entire sales cycle - from acquisition and qualification to closing sales opportunities
- Building a strong knowledge of our product portfolio and convincing prospects in presentations of our compliance software systems (mostly in online meetings)
- Actively and empathetically listening to potential customers, identifying needs and challenges, and showing your genuine passion for our mission
- Engaging with professionals and decision-makers from medium-sized to Fortune 500/DAX companies and striking the right tone in various situations
- Handling incoming leads and building our sales pipeline
- Managing participation in tenders and taking on the creation of the necessary documents
- Bringing your experience from customer interactions to continuously optimize our sales processes and software
