Your responsibilities:


  • Handling customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Processing and providing assistance for complex inquiries regarding yearend closings and asset accounting

Your profile:


  • Completed commercial training or as a tax clerk or further education in financial accounting
  • Previous experience in yearend closing
  • Ideally, experience with Datev software (accounting for law firms)
  • Experience in customer service
  • Structured work approach, quality awareness, and ability to work in a team and handle conflicts
