Summary of Position:

The Line Cook will be responsible for assisting the back-of-house team with preparing ingredients and food items, executing ticket orders in a timely manner, organizing the kitchen by managing a designated station on the line, and maintaining an overall clean and sanitized work environment.

Job Type: Part-time or full-time hours are available.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare all food items according to recipes and prep lists.
Adhere to proper food handling procedures.
Maintain proper rotation of food to ensure top quality and freshness.
Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils.
Desire to demonstrate professionalism and hospitality while working in an open kitchen.

Qualifications:

One to three years of line or prep cook experience preferred,
Familiarity with industry best practices.
Basic written and verbal communication skills.
Accuracy and speed in executing tasks.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
