- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong creative skills, with a portfolio showcasing a range of successful marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Experience managing and mentoring a team of creative professionals.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics and data-driven decision making.
