What You'll Do
Follows company procedures with respect to all essential duties and responsibilities of the job.
Assists Controller in meeting all deadlines associated with month end close. This will include financial statement preparation with various supporting schedules for AP Corporate office.
Responsible for completion of monthly internal reports for senior management. This includes Flash, Enterprise and office recaps of operations.
Files annual reports
Reviews financial statements
Assists with budget preparation for all entities
Files CAT Tax, Surplus Lines and Sales tax returns
Processes Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
Assists with direct bill downloads.

What You'll Need
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Degree in accounting from college or technical school; or three years related experience and/or training.
Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time.
Preference to those with the following experience:
EPIC, TAM or AMS360 experience
Insurance brokerage or insurance company experience
Insurance company payables reconciliations
Comfortable with high volume of transactions
Able to consistently meet deadlines
