    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Home Health Aide. The Home Health Aide will be responsible for assisting clients with activities of daily living, providing patient care, and offering personal care support. The Home Health Aide will also help in facilitating communication between clients and their healthcare team.

    Qualifications

    • Experience in home care or a related field
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Proficiency in activities of daily living
    • Knowledge and experience in providing patient care
    • Ability to provide personal care support
    • Compassionate and empathetic nature
    • Ability to work well in with elders
    • Experience in healthcare industry
