This is a temporary position.

As a Remote Above Property Rooms Controller, you will oversee front desk checklist tasks for a portfolio of hotels.

Your role involves building relationships with hotel teams, coordinating pre-arrival planning, executing digital guest experiences, reviewing room availability, and resolving customer care cases.


Role Responsibilities/Duties:


  • Communicate daily with hotel teams to understand their needs.
  • Participate in weekly or daily standups with hotels to review priority tasks and upcoming events.
  • Develop and manage internal key stakeholder relationships proactively.
  • Act as a liaison between properties and regional/corporate systems support.
  • Run the GPS report to identify Bonvoy preferences, special occasions, and redemption stays.
  • Review Arrivals Dashboard and block reservations with special request codes.
  • Follow property leadership guidelines for blocking Elite/notable/VIP guests' reservations.
  • Process Mobile Checkin, Mobile Key requests, and Mobile Chat.
  • Review room availability, including oversold nights and outoforder rooms.
  • Resolve or escalate customer care cases by reviewing the negative cases report and blocking rooms for affected guests.

Qualifications:


  • 2year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, Economics, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; or relevant experience in revenue management, sales and marketing, operations, or a related professional area.
  • OR 4year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, Economics, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; with experience in revenue management, sales and marketing, operations, or a related professional area.

Salary Range:
$19.73 to $20.00 per hour.

Washington Applicants Only:
Employees will accrue PTO balance for every hour worked and eligible to receive minimum of 9 holidays annually.
