Description

• We are looking for an experienced strategic manager to drive our company's health equity and community outreach efforts in each city.

• Lead campaign and engagement efforts in your city.
• Align local citywide goals, processes, and resource allocation with organizational strategy.
• Monitor and report on local activities.
• Create and maintain partnerships with Community Based Organizations (CBO's) and local influencers.
• Manage and ensure smooth daytoday operations of businesscritical workflows related to our health equity/community outreach efforts, developing specifications/guidelines, and resolving escalations.
• Identify and explore opportunities for new partnerships/relationships.
• Build Citybased networks and leverage those networks to drive campaign goals.
• Contribute to strategic projects to drive internal quality and efficiency metrics and execute with crossfunctional teams.
• Oversee the Operations Manager and ensure effective execution of community efforts.
• Secure followup and buyin from community partners.

• Education Level (essential): Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or related field
• Experience: 3+ years in public health or community engagement or related field.
• Specific Skills: Compelling communication, network building, event planning and operations, time management, organization, budgeting.
• Personal Characteristics: initiative, grit/passion, ownership, honesty and integrity, impact orientation.
• Language: While not a requirement, being bilingual is a significant plus. We value the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of communities.

• Works from a home office. Interacts with staff, consultants, and outside vendors as needed.
• While performing the duties of this job the employee must be able to communicate information and ideas so others will understand and exchange accurate information.
• The employee is occasionally required to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or sit for prolonged periods of time.
• The vision requirement includes the ability to observe details at close range.
